This includes submitting new and modified course outlines from Foothill College to California public universities for online evaluation via Oscar, tracking the ASSIST database, and troubleshooting issues and requests regarding course portability. The ASSIST database shows how Foothill College courses are transferred to both the California State University campus and the University of California campus. Most articulation agreements with private and non-governmental institutions are also available online. Campus Articulation Officers serve as liaison officers between community college articulation officers and UC deans. ASSIST.org is the official articulation archive for California public colleges and universities (UC, CSU, CCC) and provides the most accurate and up-to-date information on transferring students to California public universities. While work is underway to provide you with a new ASSIST, additional information about the joint can also be found on TempIST. It is recommended to use all agreements in conjunction with the Cal Poly catalog, which specifies the most up-to-date curriculum and transfer selection criteria, which indicate the lists of current courses required for admission to the competition. Course-to-course agreements set out community college courses that are comparable or « acceptable instead of » the corresponding courses on a particular UC campus. Each UC campus uses the information contained in transferable course agreements to develop campus-specific articulation agreements with California community colleges.
